Summary

The Administrative Assistant to an Executive is responsible for providing support to one or more executives of the organization. In performing these duties, the Administrative Assistant to an Executive will handle confidential materials and documents in a professional and discreet manner, answer and screen telephone calls, maintain calendars and coordinate travel plans and meetings. The Administrative Assistant to an Executive will often make decisions independent of the Executive; is expected to "make it happen".

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; or 8 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
