Summary Role Description

The Administrative Assistant I provides clerical and administrative support to one or more Managers/Departments within Shared Services or a Region.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant I will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Note that the areas listed are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by co-workers assigned to this role.   • Provides Clerical and Administrative Support to Manager(s)/Departments within Shared Services or a Region
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment
  • Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; or 2 years related experience
  • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish
