Summary

The Regional Talent Manager is responsible for recruiting special, special forces. The Talent Manager works closely with appropriate Managers to assist with training and career development during the co-worker's employment lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Regional Talent Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.   • Assists Operations in Defining Recruitment Career Pathing Needs
  • Identifies and Establishes Recruiting Strategy
  • Serves as Liaison Recruits During the Hiring Process
  • Administrates and Oversees Recruiting, Training, and Development
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment
  • Participates in Training/Certifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an HR related field and 4 years of prior HR experience, preferably in construction
  • Professional Certification in Human Resources Management (PHR or SPHR) preferred
