The Manpower Scheduling Manager is responsible for managing the Scheduling Department and Payroll. The Manpower Scheduling Manager will maintain regular communication with Superintendents, Project Managers, Regional Operations Leadership, and other Company Scheduling Departments to ensure current and expected future staffing needs are met. Responsible for overseeing the assigned of field co-workers, anticipating and resolving conflicts, and implementing the Company's hiring practices and policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Manpower Scheduling Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.   • Manages Manpower Scheduling which entails the movement of people resources between projects.
  • Manages the Recruiting and Hiring of Craft when necessary.
  • Partners with Payroll to Ensure Co-Workers Receive Accurate pay and per diem.
  • Oversees the issuance of company fuel cards.
  • Ensures a Safe Work Environment
  • Participates in Training/Certifications/Orientation


  • 3 years related construction experience and/or payroll or training.
  • Associates Degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
