Summary
The Manpower Scheduler supports the hiring process for the Company's craft labor, coordinates manpower needs between various projects, BURGs and Regions, anticipates and recommends solutions for scheduling conflicts, and may collect and/or enter time. Maintains good co-worker relations.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Manpower Scheduler will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. - Schedules Craft Labor and Equipment
- Partners with Payroll to Ensure Co-Workers Receive Accurate Compensation
- Participates with Craft Recruiting and Hiring
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 2 years construction related experience or equivalent.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate written content, is required.
